Yes! Many of our products including Christmas Lights, Christmas Inflatables, and Christmas Garage Door Decorations are designed for outdoor use. Look for weather-resistant specifications in product details.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Butte, USA. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer, so we recommend ordering early!

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipping

Yes! We ship globally except to Asia and select remote areas. All international orders are subject to customs fees and import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep!

Our carriers will follow their standard delivery procedures. For valuable items like Christmas Light Projectors or Artificial Christmas Trees, they may require a signature. You can use your tracking number to arrange pickup or redirect delivery if needed.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! You can return items within 15 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition with all packaging. Christmas Light Bulbs and other electrical items must be unused.

Simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide a return authorization if applicable.

For health and safety reasons, Christmas Gift Wrap and opened Christmas Candles cannot be returned. All other items are returnable within our 15-day window.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
