Our Return & Exchange Process

  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

Exchange Policy

  • Alternative Christmas decoration of equal value
  • Store credit for future Christmas shopping

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
