Refund Information
Once we receive your return:

Non-Returnable Items

- Christmas Gift Wrap (once unrolled or cut)
- Christmas Plants & Greenery (due to their perishable nature)
- Any items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products missing original tags or packaging
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for:
- Different size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
- Alternative Christmas decoration of equal value
- Store credit for future Christmas shopping
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
